David got his General Contractors license in 1985 in Southern California and moved to Pollock Pines in 1990, where he and his family of 4 have really planted their roots in the community. In addition to David’s extensive background in home repairs and remodeling, he is also experienced in working on commercial properties as well. David’s dad and grandfather have owned and managed several commercial buildings for many years, and David does all of their repair and maintenance work, so there isn’t much in the commercial property environment that he hasn’t seen over the years!
David has also seen and fixed just about every kind of problem you can think of in residential homes as well. And if for some reason, he can’t help you with your project, he is very well connected in the area and can refer you to someone who can.
